About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
We literally find our inspiration at every turn. We face animals in need everyday, everywhere we look. We are the only animal welfare organization in the area, and there is a lot to be done. Our efforts are aimed towards addressing the roots of the issues in order to stop the consequences and suffering we see on our streets.
Our Story
Our love and efforts to help animals in need started in our childhood - from feeding and sheltering the animals, writing letters to our president, asking parents to bring “just one more” to our home and to hiding puppies in the closet during winter break. We grew (up) and so did our desire to contribute to animals, people, our hometown and country. We invested time and effort to learn about the root issues, current situation, legislation, positive examples and potential solutions. Our learning continues, and we do our best to raise awareness about the issue of animal welfare in our country, as well as help animals through specific projects and activities. Our final goal is a world with no stray animals and no animals on the street. Every animal deserves a home!

Thinking about joining in?
If you want to get to know us better or you are thinking of joining or supporting us but just not sure yet, check out our past activities to see what we are all about.
We truly had an amazing time during 2023. I would have never thought it would be possible to accomplish, learn and see so much in just a year. Most of our 2023 activities were focused on active learning and connecting with more experienced organisations. We enrolled in several international online trainings, academies and conferecnes, visited several shelters and organisations in the Balkan region and other parts of Europe, participated in the biggest international animal welfare conference in Cyprus and met some amazing people from all over the world. We also worked on and applied for several projects, and are excited to share the news about those during 2024. Let your love for animals drive you to always explore and learn more. Love will take you in amazing places and show you amazing things!

Activities in Serbia
Drop in the ocean
Even though our "home" activities feel like a drop in the ocean we had to try and we have to be active. During the 2023 and the beginning of 2024 we were taking care of our accommodated dogs, providing vet treatments and transport for injured strays, conducted spay&neuter campaigns, reported some irresponsible owners, started our donation boxes and educational workshops. We will continue with educational and PR activities during 2024, also hoping that some of our dogs will find forever homes. If you would like to help, please let us know we are in desperate need of volunteers!
